You can delete your account from inside the app, without asking anyone, in a couple of minutes. Deletion happens immediately; nothing is queued.

- INTOPASS'i açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.

- Open INTOPASS and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your password and tap Send code.
- Enter the six-digit code sent to your email address.
- Tap Delete account.

The code confirms the account is really yours, so nobody can delete it even if your phone falls into someone else's hands.

If you do not remember your password, reset it first with Forgot my password on the sign-in screen. If that is not possible either, write to info@stack-11.com from your account's email address; once your identity is confirmed we delete it within 30 days.

Announcements you wrote on behalf of a community and polls you opened remain as the community's record; only your name is removed from them. That content belongs to the community rather than to you, and the votes in a poll belong to other students.

Data from a deleted account may remain in database backups for up to a month, until those backups rotate out. Backups are kept only for disaster recovery and are not restored into the running app.
